EDUCATION, OCCUPATION & LIBERATION
Survival through Education: Stories of Resilience from Palestinian Universities

As we approach the International Day of Education, we are inspired by the extraordinary determination of Palestinian students and educators to continue education despite the systematic attempts to prevent them doing so.
In May 2024, Gaza’s academics and administrators issued a powerful call affirming their commitment to resume teaching and study in Gaza, at their own institutions, despite the destruction of the higher education sector by Israeli military forces.
At Fobzu, we are committed to building solidarity in the UK with Palestinian educators and students.
Join us for Survival through Education: Stories of Resilience from Palestinian Universities, a webinar in our Education, Occupation & Liberation series, organised in collaboration with UCU.
Date: Tuesday, 28 Tuesday 2025
Time: 17:00-18:00
📍The Zoom link is accessible via Eventbrite
