Dear friends of IMET,
It is with profound sadness that we share the news that our beloved founder, Professor Colin Green, has passed away.
Professor Green was the heart and inspiration behind IMET2000. His vision, dedication, and commitment to excellence shaped the organisation and touched the lives of so many colleagues, partners, and students over the years. Through his leadership and passion, he built not only an institution, but also a community founded on knowledge, collaboration, and a shared commitment to making a difference.
Many of us have been fortunate to know and work with Colin, and we will remember his wisdom, kindness, enthusiasm, and unwavering belief in the importance of what we do. His legacy will continue through the work of IMET2000 and through all those who were inspired by him.
At this difficult time, our thoughts are with Professor Green’s family, friends, and all members of the IMET2000 community who are mourning this great loss.
